Shipping and Return

International and domestic shipping


Although we are happy to ship orders internationally, shipping outside of France will incur additional charges. If you require international shipping, please contact us by email: Most domestic orders within France will be sent via Poste. For our international orders we tend to use DHL. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of your package, for an accurate estimate of shipping costs, do not hesitate to contact us.


Our workshop is located in the beautiful Normandy countryside, which means we typically travel twice a week to ensure orders are fulfilled. If you require expedited shipping to receive your order faster, please send us a message and we will happily discuss the available options.


Custom Orders


We ask that you allow two weeks from the date of your order for any personalized products to be manufactured before shipping. We will be happy to provide you with more precise delivery times when you place your order.


Our environmental impact


Here at La Balaiterie, we strive to be as economically responsible as possible. That's why we strive to recycle as much as possible to ensure we're doing our part to help the planet. Therefore, your package will often be shipped in recycled packaging.


Returns and exchanges


We want you to love your broom! When you receive your package, please take the time to ensure that it arrives in good condition and is not damaged during transit by courier. If you receive your broom and are not 100% satisfied with it, we would be happy to exchange any unused product and arrange a new order.
